Case Study: MUMS
The Project
MUMS approached us in November 2020 to set up and manage Google Ads for all the private clinic services they offer. The goal was to increase enquiries and consultation bookings. MUMS had an existing Google Ads account, but it was dormant.
The Solution
We structured the account with two campaigns — one for Search and one for Display. Working closely with Stephanie, we identified and selected keywords that aligned with their services and matched user intent. Although this study covers a four-month period, keyword refinement continued beyond that, to strengthen performance and increase conversion rates.
We also introduced a SMART Display campaign to engage with audiences actively interested in private clinic services.
